ai4Libraries is now accepting proposals for the 2026 conference. The conference is a free, virtual event. Please note that the registration limited to 500 attendees this year.

We are accepting proposals for the following session types:
- Lightning Talk (15 minutes, includes Q&A)
- Panel, Presentation or Library Project Demo (25 Minutes, includes Q&A)
We are particularly interested in learning more about your AI projects with:
- All things Technical Services
- Electronic resource workflow
- Collection development and assessment
- Licensing workflows
- Discovery
Important Dates
- Submission deadline: October 30, 2026
- Acceptance notifications: November 10, 2026
- Registration opens: November 16, 2026
