This year’s Virtual Conference will feature a full series of interactive virtual sessions providing insights from experts, offering opportunities for conversation around key issues related to transforming libraries and highlighting innovations you can take back to your own library. Each day will include keynote speakers, sessions, and—back by popular demand—30-minute author lunches hosted by Booklist editors Brad Hooper and Donna Seaman.
Hundreds of engaged librarians attended the 2012 event and made comments in the post-event survey such as, “One of the best distance workshops I’ve ever attended"; “Great content in a convenient place"; “Interesting topics, new perspectives, great speakers"; “The price was reasonable, the content was outstanding"; “Very inexpensive for a good lineup of events"; and “Excellent all-around.”
This interactive professional development opportunity is ideal for those who can’t attendALA Annual Conference as well as those who are ready for more. Registration opens May 1, 2013.
