The Music Library Association 2008 Program Committee announces its call for
proposals for the 2008 Annual Meeting to be held in Newport, Rhode Island,
February 17-24, 2008. The committee welcomes proposals for individual
presentations or entire program sessions on topics in music librarianship,
musicology, discography, and other related areas.
Proposals should be submitted via web form at:

All program proposals must be submitted by April 30, 2007, to be considered
for the 2008 conference. Please do not use the program proposal web form
to request time for business meetings and other meetings that do not
include public programming. A form for requesting a room for a non-program
meeting will be available by April 1, 2007, and announced on MLA-L.
