The 2013 ACRL/NY Annual Symposium “*The Library as Knowledge Laboratory*” will explore the opportunities and challenges facing academic librarians in light of scholars’ increased demands for new formats, open-source tools, digital repositories, and innovative research methods in the new knowledge

ACRL/NY invites you to submit a poster session proposal for the 2013 Symposium. Your poster session can address any issue related to this theme. Examples include but are not limited to: · Transforming physical space · Service models · Scalability and/or Sustainability · Interaction between IT, faculty and librarians · New staffing needs and job titles · Re-skilling · Changing culture · Securing real estate · Assessment/Evaluation of programs and people · Connecting to teaching faculty · Promoting a program to library administration · Managing administrative expectations
